  • Are you guys open on holidays?
    YES! Smokahontas is proud to be open 365 days a year. We always inform our customers of any changes to our hours of operations. For more information or verify our current store hours, please give us a call!
  • How old do I need to be to buy products?
    We require all customers to be at least 21 years or older to purchase products. A valid ID is required to make any purchase at our stores!
  • Do you accept credit cards?
    Smokahontas and its departments operate on a CASH ONLY basis. We have multiple ATMs on property for easy convenience so you can quickly take cash out in case you forgot!
  • Can I return a product?
    We recommend all customers inspect and test their products before leaving the store. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. If you have questions or need further assistance, speak to a team member now!
  • Can you hold products for pick-up?
    Of course! We are happy to hold products for you up to 12 hours. Follow the steps below to get started: Give us a call Add your products for hold with a team member Receive an order number and present it when you arrive Arrive and cash out Simple as that!
  • Can I shop online?
    Our products are available IN-STORE ONLY, however, some of our departments are available for online viewing. Our dispensary (for example) can be viewed here and you can always call and place an order for pick-up. Give us a call today to get started!
  • Do you guys have a drive thru?
    YES! We have 2 drive thrus that are available for an easy and convenient shopping experience 24/7. Stop in any time of the day and shop with ease! Hours of Operation Walk-In Shopping: 6AM - 10PM Drive-Thru Shopping: 24/7 (All Night)
  • Do you allow kids to come into the store?
    We DO NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 into our stores. We invite you to use one of our drive thru's if you have kids or pets. You can shop for anything you would in store from the comfort of your vehicle!
